From a young age, I cultivated a deep connection with nature, inspired by my early years in the mountains of Lebanon with my late grandmother. Growing up, I thrived in outdoor communities like scouting, learning essential survival skills and pushing my limits in various group activities. My love for adventure led to multi-day hiking and long-distance cycling camping trips with gear, where I tested my endurance and survival instincts. I further honed my skills through extensive training, becoming a certified instructor with the Bear Grylls Survival Academy (BGSA), where I mastered advanced survival techniques.

My adventures have taken me around the world, from summiting Mt. Kanchenjunga to enduring extreme conditions during Wim Hof expeditions across Poland, Spain, Germany, Lebanon and the Himalayas. I've also explored the intense heat of the UAE deserts, pushing my limits in both freezing and scorching conditions. Whether hiking for days with only my gear or cycling across vast landscapes, these experiences have refined my survival expertise and deepened my mission to guide others through transformative, nature-based journeys, combining outdoor adventure with holistic well-being.
