Bechara El Khoury is the first Arab Level 3 certified Wim Hof Method (WHM) instructor in the MENA region. My journey with WHM began in 2016 during a transformative winter expedition in Poland. The power of the method, combined with the natural environment and the tribe-like bond within the group, opened new horizons for me. Climbing a mountain in freezing temperatures—wearing only shorts and no shirt—alongside people of all ages and health conditions broke every barrier of what I thought was possible. This experience not only strengthened my body but healed deep-seated pain, both physically and mentally, and set me on a mission to share this transformative power with others.

Since then, it has become my mission to bring WHM to others, starting in Lebanon and the UAE, and across the MENA region. As the first certified instructor to officially introduce this method here, I worked closely with Wim Hof and the WHM Academy to further master the practice. In recognition of my dedication and mission, I earned the prestigious Level 3 certification, which only a few instructors worldwide have achieved. This honor reflects my commitment to helping others transform their lives through the power of breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset training. My years of experience and deep engagement with the WHM Academy allow me to offer a unique and personalized approach that empowers people to break through limits and experience profound, lasting change.
The WIM HOF METHOD
The WHM is developed by Dutch extreme athlete Wim Hof, combines specific breathing techniques, cold exposure, and mindset practices to optimize physical and mental well-being.
